Teal.

Teal. The color of your death. The color people will wear for a long time to remember you and what you went through. Did I know you personally? No, but I followed you. I followed your story and watched your sister heart break for you. This wasn't your fault. It was no ones fault. God needed you at that time. God needed a beautiful soul like you to come and help glitter up Heaven. I feel everything will now have a sparkle like you did. You made every video and dealt with everyone who called you a fake with a smile. You had very few break downs but when you would have the everyone would be broken with you. You reached out to thousands of people with your story. You lead so many people to find God and women to get check for this killer (like myself). Life throws you through hoops. You have to decide to get back up or lay their. Every hoop and hill you made it over til your body couldn't handle it anymore. You have done so much in a month time that people couldn't do in a year. Your videos is all we have now. Your smile and laugh will be forever heard thanks to you doing these videos. Thank you for everything you did on Earth. Your family each have a trait of your to pass onto your beautiful kids. Your husband will be able to share so many stories about you to them and let your memory live on. You are going to be missed dearly but you will live on. I believe you completed your life mission. The world needed someone to tell about this cancer. Someone who people would break and listen to. This job was given to you and honey you blew this job out of the water! You went raw and told everything without a blink of an eye. Thank you for doing this. Your story is going to save peoples lives. Every time I see teal I will think of you and what you have done. Teal is your color.

Just A Random Blog!

I remember when I first started this.  I never wanted to get to personal or into my real life. This was my outlet from my real life and what I wish my life was truly like. Just plan happy all the time and no worries. It worked for a little while but I still felt something missing. Crazy right? I mean I have an amazing husband and beautiful daughter that fill me up with so much joy and love that I shouldn't feel like something was missing. But I did, what I was missing was time.

Time as in time with my family. I work as a CNA during a 2 pm to 10 pm shift. My daughter is six and in school, my husband works morning shifts so usually I never see either one of them til late at night when my daughter is asleep and hubby falling asleep. It makes such a rough impact on me because I feel as if I am missing all the little moments as a family. Granted I get to do the whole morning routine with my daughter and cuddle up to my hubby when going to bed but still I miss so much. Due to this I get into the whole depressed phase. Where I feel as if i'm not good enough because i'm never here or I can't do enough for the same reason. This leaves me in a funk until my day off and then I seem to smother them at times because i'm trying to make up for 5 days of not seeing them in 24 hours.

This is something I've been struggling with for a while but sadly in this day and age it's become normal for parents to be away from their kids for long hours so they can pay bills and provide for said child. It's sad that we have to miss out on so much just to make sure that our child has food on the table and not without. With all this crazy depression in my mind I finally realized that I needed to change this. I need to figure out ways to make time for my family. I need to do random things to show them that I am still thinking about them throughout the day and I love them both!

So I realized that there is some things I could do for them to spend more time with them. Like go to the school to eat lunch with my daughter. Its more quality time with her and it would be a great memory for her to hold onto. Make dinner before work sometimes so my husband doesn't have to and can rest. Video chat my daughter before she goes to bed at night so I can tell her I love her. Wake up early some morning to cook for hubby before he goes to work. Let my mini me have a sleep over in my room once in a while. Have someone come into work for me early once in a while so I can surprise them. Just little things like this to have some time with them to help me get through the week. This is just where I am at in life and I just want them both to realize that I love them and that everything I do in life is for them.

I told you this was just a random blog. But this was something I needed to get off my chest to help me breathe a little better. This is what I need to do not only for me but for my family as well.

Crumble Company Review!!

Let me just start with how excited I am to try this company out!! They are such a great company and I love the message they bring to the world! The owner is a guy named Brandon Wagner and he is such a sweet heart! Going through depression and attempting to take his life once he overcame it all and created this company with his mother. It's a beautiful touching story that just spoke to my heart in so many ways. This company is one that is about love. I was lucky to find their Facebook page and I started reading over that they recently changed their name and the number one reason was just amazing:

"1. Our #1 focus must and will be our mission to spread joy and hope, and encouraging others to reach out and rise up. Not a specific product."

This was when I realized that this company was more then just wax or scents or anything of the sort. This company is about the consumers and encouragement! So I HAD to get my hands on some of some of the products! SO I went to order and everything was pretty much sold out! I found out that they would restock on October 7th and it was only September 24th, so the wait began. I reached out to Brandon to figure out which scents he loved and would he mind me blogging about his products and he replied very quickly and agreed with me blogging as well as told me I had to try the Haunted Hayride! SO that was my goal to order that one asap! Brandon usually releases what will be in the restock the day before (according to people on Facebook) so I will be stalking like crazy to see what will be available for the 7th!

So while waiting to order Brandon created a Sell/Swap page for his products! I joined once I saw it and bought a bag of wax crumbles (which is something they are not making at the moment, they are doing bricks) and got excited again! This was a product that I was wanting to try SO bad but didn't think I was going to be able to due to them not making them anytime soon. The scent is called Bedtime Goddess and the lady sent it out to me the next day! Of course I still needed to order and get my Haunted Hayride, I figure this could hold me over til the restock! So my terrible waiting game begin all over again. So I ordered this on a Friday and it is now a Monday (October 3rd, four more days til restock!) and Today is when I am suppose to get my bedtime goddess!!! So of course I am checking my tracking number every 5 minutes to see if it landed in my mail box or not! Gosh am I the only one who does this???  FINALLY at 11:42 pm it arrived!! I am so excited for this!!!

Bedtime Goddess:
"Bedtime Goddess- A soothing bedtime blend of mandarin, lavender and chamomile, neroli and lily of the valley. Bottom notes of hay and musk. Perfect for a late night bath."

Can you see why I fell head over heels with the scent! This just sounds so beautiful and calming. I feel like this would be such a great one to burn after a hard night at work. It just sounds like a peaceful poem for your nose. I am so ready to try this one! It smells so wonderful just through the package! Normally we are suppose to wait til they cured but since I bought this pack off of someone they already cures it and it is ready to be used! Time to put some into my burner and see what this beauty can do!
See how beautiful it looks?!?! There is a little bit of glitter swirled into a purple and pink wax. It smells amazing!!! Like it just makes me feel so calm and peaceful!

Look how beautiful it is!! I have never seen a wax tart look so pretty melted! It smells so lovely and strong that it flows through my living room so peacefully and just makes me feel so calm. I am in LOVE with this scent!

I also ordered a Coco Vanilla wax crumbles from a lady on the swap page as well! Sadly I couldn't find the description about it though. But I am still super excited to get this one! Now I am on hold with spending til they restock! I ordered from her late Saturday evening (October 1st) and I am now waiting this product to come my way as well.

Coco Vanilla:
Wednesday October 5th at 11:40 am the mail lady placed my Coco Vanilla into my mail box! I am so excited with the scent as well! It looks like a beautiful mixture of white and brown wax and smells like a Hawaii vacation. I am super excited to burn this one as well!

Here is it in my burner. Oh just to let you guys know I have been burning the same Bedtime Goddess wax since Monday! I haven't had to add anything to it and it still smells wonderful! (I don't use my burner all day though just a few hours a day) Anyways look how beautiful it sits in there!

Here is it melting away and I feel like I should be on vacation right now away from all the stress and drama my life is holding! I feel like these blends just help you relax. I'm so excited for tomorrow because Brandon will be announcing what will be in stock Friday!!

October 6th:

October 7th:
The day has finally arrived! It is one hour til the restock is open and I am so excited to buy from it! So many beauties to choose from! I will take screenshots of the ones that I buy an post for you all to see! I am super excited and I feel like i'm getting ready for a Black Friday sale lol! I have limited myself to only buying three from this restock though so I am very picky about the ones I want!

The Chosen Three:

1. Story Time:

"Highlights of soothing honeysuckle on a base of dreamy lavender and lily of the valley"
Does't that sound beautiful? Not to mention that it looks crazy fun!! I love the random burst of colors! Glitter is a favorite of mine as well!

2. Book Shoppe:
"Notes of hazelnut, coffee, sandal wood, and a dash of leather."
For all of you who doesn't know I am in love with books! This made me super happy!! It wasn't on my list of ones to buy but then again I didn't realize this one was going to be available! I feel like I should burn this and read Harry Potter at the same time!

3. Blue StressLess
"A vanilla base with smooth and light peppermint highlights, to melt you into cool relaxation."
Doesn't this just make you want to relax by reading it?!?! It sounds so amazing!!

So these are my "Chosen Three" for this restock! I am in love with how they are going to smell! I can't wait to try them out! This is the longest blog I have ever worked on I feel like but also it is my favorite by far! I can't wait to try these!!!

October 14th:
They are here!!! Look how beautiful they are!!
Look at the pretty stickers and packages! They are so beautiful!!

This is them opened and look how beautiful the wax is as well as the pretty stickers on the inside of the holders! Also see my cute little spider in my Book Shoppe wax?!?!?! I am in love

They smell so amazing in person and just like how is described! I am in love with these and the company its self. I have to let them cure which will be about two weeks before  can use them so they smell strong when burned BUT they are so awesome and I will be buying again....probably today.. it's pay day! I will let you guys know how it smells when burned but overall I am super happy!!!

BURN DAY!!!

Okay so I decided to try out the Blue StressLess today. I love the minty smell it has and was having a very stressfull morning so I figured this would be the best to start out with. Look How beautiful It looks melted!! I love the glitter and mixed colors! My living room, dining room and kitchen smells so yummy and fresh! It also did help me relax quite a bit! That is a huge bonus considering I was a mess when I woke up today! This company is amazing! I will be ordering from here for now on!!

Wax Melts Review!

So I decided to take a little adventure onto Etsy and see what all sorts of awesome wax melts I can come across while waiting to order for a certain company (that will be featured in a blog here in the future) to restock. I stumbled across a cute brand called 3SisCountryShop. I wanted something cheap but would smell good The reviews on them was very positive so I decided to order a pumpkin Cheesecake Clamshell since it is Autumn and I want to get into the festive mood even more. So I paid roughly $6 for it and my wait began.

Am I the only one who feels like once you click the order button it's suppose to be right at your door? It is a sad habit of mine but I just get WAY to excited over things! So they came in about 6 days after ordering which is a pretty decent amount of time.

I opened my mail box and could smell a fresh clean smell which made me very confused. I took my package inside and opened it to find  my order and a cute little sample of April Fresh Downy Type! Sadly I live in FL so they melted but they still look like they will smell amazing! I am super excited to try these out! They didn't leave any instructions on letting them cure or anything but to be safe since they did melt I am going to wait til tomorrow to try them out. Hopefully they work out as wonderful as I hope!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Review!
So I opened this when I first got it to see it melted hints why it looks a little funky. You can smell the scent within two seconds of pulling off the lid and it smells amazing! It makes me feel like it's a cool Autumn evening watching the leaves fall to the ground. This made me super excited! The wax is soy so it does have a very soft texture unlike normal candle wax. It feel like it is able to be molded. So now time to test it out!

This is my wax warmer. It has become my best friend over the years! So as you can see it is all melted up and it smells amazing! It gives me the same Autumn feeling that it did in the package. The only down side I can find is that the smell doesn't reach to far in the house. It covers most of my living room though so that is a plus considering that's where it is stationed at,

I truly believe that the sample should work the same because it is made by the same people just a different scent. I am going to be saving this for when my in-laws come over so my living room smells fresh and clean!! So overall I do like these a lot. They are super cute and smell pretty decent!

It's Fall Y'all!! (Cheap Decor Ideas and more!)

Hey everyone! I am super excited because it is officially Autumn! I can now have my house decorated and using all sorts of Fall themed wax without my husband thinking I have lost my head. Anyways today I want to show you guys all of my very simple and cheap DIY Autumn/Halloween Decor. Autumn always gets me excited because it is the start of all the fun decorating and yummy foods to come! So enough of me pouring my love into this season and time to get started on what you came here for!

1. Candle Holders

Okay these are so easy to make as well! I bought to candle holders from Family Dollar ($1 each) then hot glued some leaves($1 at Dollar Tree) inside of it on the top lip so you couldn't see the glue and BAM you are done! SO easy to make and it looks beautiful if you ask me! Perfect for a Dinning Room Table!

2. Mini Wreath!
I bought a foam circle from Walmart for about two dollars I believe. I had some burlap form a while back so I just wrapped the ring and hot glued it together. Then I added some leaves to it! So simple and tiny but beautiful at the same time.

3. Simple Wall Hanger.
Okay this was about three dollars at Walmart I believe but not sure because my husband bought it for me as a surprise. He understands my fall obsession.

5. Sugar Skull Pen Holder
This is for my sugar skull obsession. My mother-in-law bought me this cup last year for Mother's Day but I keep it put up til Halloween. It usually is my Apple Cider cup but this year I wanted it to be more of a focal point so it became my pen holder.

6. Sugar Skull Pot Holder.

This came with an oven mitt which is pictured as well! This are so beautiful and colorful! I love how they add more sugar skulls into my house. Roughly $3 at Walmart. They work so well!!!

7. Sugar Skull Window Clings!
Okay so as you can see my kitchen has a whole Sugar Skull theme going on. It wouldn't be complete without the window clings! These are only a dollar at the dollar store. These will look amazing to finish off my sugar skull obsession room!

8. Cookies!
How can it be fall without these yummy things?!?! So they are about $3 at Walmart as well. Super yummy and very pretty to set out for company. I loves these cookies to death and get super excited when I see them out each year!

9. My Living Room Center Piece.
I am in love with this arrangement. It is so simple yet so beautiful and makes everything look amazing! It was very simple to create. I bought a vase from Dollar General ($2) I had burlap already at my house from a while back but I believed I bought it at Walmart as well as the burlap flower. I got sticks from outside (Free) Sunflowers from the Dollar Tree ($1) and some leaves from the Dollar Tree ($1) The filler inside the vase is heart shaped cut out fall color paper. This was some more items I just happen to have on hand. It warms my heart to look at it and see how beautiful it makes my living room.

10. Pinterest Leaf Bowl

So I found this idea on Pinterest and I had to try it! So basically all you do is blow a balloon up, modpodge leaves to it and let it dry. So simple and It came out okay. At first I tried doing it with just basic school glue. It worked but I wanted it to be a little more harder so I layered the outside with modpodge to be safe. I should of just modpodged the whole thing but it is still adorable and looks cute in my little window out to my living room!

So these are just some very cute and simple ways to Fall up your home! It's all about having fun and just making your home feel more like the season. I am super excited to get more into the holidays!!

Sorry for being away.. Please take a cookie!

Hey everyone I am so sorry for the delay in posting new stuff. I have just been so being trying to find myself and who I truly want to be. Have you ever just set out on a personal adventure driving randomly around town trying to discover something new? Well that has been me for the past month. I have been trying to find something new to spark me up again. I have just been so doubtful in my blog and real life that I needed a moment to myself. I realized that this is what I missed out of everything. I miss writing and being able to speak out people even if I only reach one person. I just want to do something that makes me happy and this blog truly brings me joy in life. I know it's just a little side hobby to some but to me this is a huge party of who I want to be. I'm not doing it to "get big" I am doing this because I enjoy it and want to give people my honest feedback on items I have personally tried! Also just to randomly post things I like. So to anyone who follows my blog I am truly sorry for just uprooting on you guys. Hopefully you can forgive me. To my new comers hello and welcome to my baby. I have lots of new blog ideas coming up for you guys so please stay tuned.

I love you all so much!

Apple Cinnamon Crisp Smoothie

Hey everyone! How is your Monday going? Okay so I wanted to do something a little different here lately. When I first started my blog I wanted to do a "Fat Girl Friday" post with super yummy foods! Well as time went by I was more into make up and completely forgot about my food part! Since I am on this new health kick (for how ever long I decide to try it this time lol) I wanted to share a recipe that was healthy and really yummy!

Apple Cinnamon Crisp Smoothie!

Who doesn't love anything with apple and cinnamon. With fall around the corner and I figured since everyone will soon be on the pumpkin craze (I myself will be as well) that I needed to make something for the ani-pumpkin people that was really yummy! I wanted to make it healthy though so here we go!

You will need the following:
1 Green Apple
1 1/2 cups of Silk soy milk (vanilla)
1/4 cup of Quacker Oats
3 dashes of Cinnamon
Ice (Cartoon Character cup sized)

Tools:
Blender
Cup to put smoothie in

Okay so this is SOO easy to make and really yummy. This is for more of a thicker type of smoothie. I like mine thick, if you perfer a thinner one then add some more soy milk to it.

Peel and cut up the apple into small pieces, place into blender and dash on the cinnamon.

Add a character cup full of ice into it (these cups are like .88 at Walmart. My daughter has a horrible habit of chewing on them though.)

Add your Oats!

Then pour on the milk and blend!

Pour into a glass and rink it down!

See how easy this was?!?! Super easy and really yummy! I am on a smoothie kick though so be prepared to see lots more of these bad boys coming onto this blog!

Jamberry Nail 7 day challenge!

Hey everyone! I hope you guys are having an amazing day! Today and for the next seven days I will be working on this blog. I will be updating it daily but I will explain why in a moment! So I recently got curious about the Jamberry Nail kits! I was wondering how long do they truly stay on? Are they hard to do? It is really worth the money? So I found an amazing lady online who has gotten me set up with a sample kit! She sent me these items to try and give a true test. I am very excited to try these bad boys out with you guys over the next week and show you how well they do hold up.

So as you can see I have a full set and then a sample sheet. What I am wanting to do is probably go for just a sample one and paint the rest of my nails so I can truly see how long these wraps would last vs just putting on some nail polish. I will say that the designs makes me super happy! They look very pretty and not blurry or tacky!

See How pretty they look! I adore these designs so much and if they are am amazing as I have heard then I will be ordering lots of these! They even have some Disney ones! I am super excited to try these pretties out so lets just get started!

Day 1:
Applying!
Okay so starters I have to push back the cuticles.

Now time to clean my nails with this guy!

Okay so I picked this sample out of them all. I thought that it would look very pretty against a black polish which is what I plan to paint my nails with.

So you cut it in half.

Pick it up by a top corner. Heat the sticky side for a few seconds. I used my hair dryer to heat it up.

Place onto nail.

File off extra

Heat up strip on nail to make sure you have a solid bond. BAM your done!

I looked into my book to see if I could find the sample name and here it is!!!

So I finished this up with some black polish to go with it and here is my final nail look. I know I am terrible at painting my nails so I really hope these things work so I can actually have some nice looking nails!
So it wasn't hard to do at all! I love how they look and they are pretty easy to do! So far they have won me over but we still have some days to go!!

Day 2:
Okay so as you can see some of the polish is chipping already. This is somewhat my fault because i did use cheap polish for this but still this is how they look so far. This is after wearing for one day and as you can see it hasn't chipped or ripped off. It has stayed on very well and still looks super cute. They are comfortable and I barely notice they are on. So far they are working wonderfully for me!

Day 3:
Alright so today was a great day as well with the wrap! This thing has stuck so greatly and hasn't snagged or tried to come off yet! The design still looks beautiful, I wish I could say the same about the rest of my nails though! Poor paint keeps chipping off. I am so ready to re-do my nails already but I want to do my hands with the wraps now instead of polish!

Day 4:
Today I decided to rearrange my house. Well at least my daughters playroom and the living room. So I was moving a lot of toys and furniture around and the wrap held up to all of that! I wish I could say the same for the polish but sadly it looks very chipped off. Only three more days til I can finally re do my nails. Hopefully this wrap can hold it for three more days. I put a lot of stress on it today and it did amazing. This little thing is truly impressing me! Please ignore my smudged screen. I never noticed how bad it was til now. Poor computer screen.

Day 5:
Okay so I am noticing a little wear on the tip of the wrap. I am assuming that it is due to me working a lot around my house as well as my job. It still looks very pretty though and not as bad as the rest. You really have to get up close to see the tip of the nail is showing. Other then that they are still doing great! Only two more days to go and so far I love them! I'm not sure if you can notice or not but my pointer nail chipped. I have very weak nails so I have to keep polish on them so they don;t break. Since the polished chipped off my nail became weak and chipped.

Day 6:

One more day of this horrible polish look! It is driving me crazy! I Can't wait to take this polish off and do something different like wrap both of my hands without polish! Anyways as you can see i'm outside in this picture waiting for my daughter to get home from school. The polish is a wreck but the wrap still looks super cute! You can sort of see the edging of the wrap better in this picture. I think it has to do with how I filed off the excess. Anyways tomorrow is the final day AND my overall opinion on these things!

Day 7:
Sorry to keep you all waiting for the final day! I got called into work early yesterday and I got off very late so I wasn't able to write it but I did get a pic of my final day! Okay so you can see where my nails are beginning to bend and probably will break soon as well as the polish it pretty much gone at this point. Look how nice that wrap still looks though. I mean compared to the rest that still looks amazing and like it could last longer as well!

Overall Review:
Okay so after seven days of these beauties I realized that they are truly amazing. I also know that you realized I only showed you one hand this whole time and that's due to me not being able to take pictures on my phone with my left hand. Sad but true lol. Okay So some trips I realized that helped me make them last longer:
If you have odd shaped cuticles what helped me was to push them back a little far then place the wrap down and sort of pull the cuticle back over the wrap a little bit that way it doesn't try to push up the wrap and it looks more natural.
I believe using a clear coat over the wrap would help it not chip on the edge. I feel like it would help seal it in place so that's something I will be doing on my next wrap.
Anyways these are something I will be adding to my make-up collection for sure. They are so adorable and very comfortable. Also there is no dry time so give your self about 15 minutes to do them and your done!

If you want to take your own nail challenge please contact and order from this amazing lady below! She is such a great person and super friendly! I will be telling everyone about her in my area for sure!
